Just Another School Day

It's 7 O'clock, and in bed I wanna stay.
But I know right now that it's a school day.
I get out of bed and go do some math.
Dad likes to sleep in, so I've got till an hours past.
By the time I'm done, dad is downstairs.
Allys there too, with her teddy bears.
Soon, breakfast is ready, and I sit to eat.
I have a big breakfast, because soon I'll be beat.
After a while, Ally goes to school.
Normally I'd go too, but I have a rule.
While Allys at school, doing School stuff,
I do home work, with a little huff.
Soon, I'm done, and Allys home to play.
It might not be exciting, but that's just another school day.
