Purple Belt Technique Details
- Twist body around facing away from attacker.
- Rear kick with right, plant foot toward attacker.
- Swing right leg back to cover.

- Right inward block, forward snap kick to the groin.
- Plant right leg out to the right, drive arms down to break the hold.
- Turn left 90-degrees into a hard bow driving left elbow to attacker's head,
right hammer fist to the groin.
- Cat stance facing right.
- Right thrust kick. Cross cover left.
Two attackers. Attacker in front throwing a right punch.
Attacker in back has his arms around your waist.
- Right inward block, forward snap kick to the groin.
- Plant right leg out to the right, drive arms down to break the hold.
- Left hela-hand to the solar plexus, rake down.
- Eagle claw to the groin, drive elbow up to the attacker's chin. Cross cover left.
- Right uppercut. Left uppercut.
- Cross. Jab.
- Spinning rear kick.
- Cresent kick. Follow through turning 90 degrees.
- Knife-edge kick.

- Step forward left.

- Bring right elbow across attacker's ribs as
you go into a hardbow.
Arms end up crossing in front of your body.
- Extend both elbows striking the attacker
in the back with the right elbow.
- Right chop to the attacker's neck.
- Twist to the right, broken bow stance and
left chop to the attacker's neck.
- Right under-hand chop to the attacker's neck
sweeping into a heela hand hard bow.
- Shuffle jab.
- Shuffle cross.
- Shuffle heel hook.
Attacker throwing a right punch.
- Step back with right leg.
Left outward block to counter-grab.
- Forward snap kick to groin.
- Plant foot toward attacker.
U-grab to the throat.
- Pull arm behind head and down.
Breaking arm and ripping at throat.
Cross-cover out.
Attacker throwing a left punch.
- Step back with right leg.
Left outward block to counter-grab.
- Step up with right, break arm with right elbow.
- Left hammer fist to groin.
Step back right to cover.
- Bring knee up pointing 45-degrees.
- Extend leg fully
- Sweep leg back starting motion with hips and completing
by bending the knee.
Attacker coming from right side with their left arm on your shoulder.
- Step right. Grab their hand with your left hand.
- Circle right arm around and trap their arm against your body.
- Circle arm around again ending up with your forearm against
the attacker's shoulder blade.
- Step back left and throw the attacker down using a hard-bow.
- Hook, uppercut.
- Jab, cross.
- Chicken kick.
- Forward snap kick.
- Turn 90-degrees, knife-edge kick.
- Turn an additional 90-degrees, plant foot, rear kick.
Attacker throwing a right punch.
- Left inward block.
Right soft-hand upper block follow through to a punch.
- Grab their shoulder
Right knee up and pull them into the knee.
- Plant right leg back pulling them down too.
Left chop to the spine going to broken knee stance.
- Right chop to the kneck again, broken knee stance.
Attacker swinging a staff using their right.
- Step up right.
Double soft-hand block.
- Left hand grabs the attacker's arm.
- Pull attacker in with left hand and right elbow to the head.
Attacker coming at you with a knife.
- Feet together, right crescent kick to rear kick.
- Cross-cover out.

- Step back left. Guard throat with right arm.
- Right speed thrust kick.
- Cross-cover out.
- Step up with rear foot with toes right behind the front heel.
- Bring knee up pointing 45-degrees.
- Extend leg fully
- Sweep leg back starting motion with hips and completing
by bending the knee.

your right leg.
- Scooping kick to the ribs.
