Orange Belt Technique Details
Attacker has your left wrist with his left hand.
- With you left hand, circle around and grab their wrist.
Step up with your right leg.
Strike with the right forearm to break the attacker's arm.
- Straighten the right arm in front of your body.
- Right elbow to the attacker's head.
- Rake across attacker's shoulder with right arm bring right arm high.
- Right elbow to attacker's back.
- Cover back right.
- Crecent kick (right). Turn 180-degrees when planting foot.
- Rear kick (right). When planting foot, cross right foot in front
of left turning toes to the outside. This leaves you in position
to do the sequence with the left foot.
Attacker behind has you in a one arm choke hold.
- Step to the right.
Grab attacker's wrist with your right hand.
Left elbow to the solar plexus.
- Hammer-fist to the groin.
- Back-knuckle to the head.
- Spin around, pivoting on the right foot and throw
the attacker's hand.
Attacker behind has you in a one arm choke hold.
- Turn head sideways.
Left elbow to the solar plexus.
Right eagle claw to the eyes.
- Grab attacker's wrist with your right hand.
Spin around, pivoting on the right foot and throw
the attacker's hand.

- Step forward left.
Left inward block.
Right fist behind head.
- Right hammer-fist to the head. Left hand comes set. (Hidden hands)
- Right back-knuckle to the head.
Left punch to the ribs.
- Shuffle rear foot up in front of front foot (heel to toes).
- Front-leg round-house kick.
- Cross-step back.

- Left hand grabs attacker's wrist.
Step up right to the attacker's side.

- Throw attacker to the ground.
- Right hand comes set.
- Shuffle up, knee to the attacker's chest.

- Left hand grabs attacker's wrist.

- Throw attacker to the ground but keep holding their wrist.
- Right hand also grabs attacker's wrist.

- Spin right-leg all the way behind and drop down onto right knee.
- Pull up arm and break elbow over knee.

- Right block as you turn 90-degrees. Carry the kicking
leg forward.
- Right fist to the groin.
- Both knees to the ground facing away from attacker.

- Step back left.
Left hand traps attackers hand near your body.
Right hand up on attacker's elbow.
- Right hand sweeps arms away. Comes up behind your head.
- Right hammer-fist to the head.
- Shuffle elbow smash to the head.
- Right fist to the groin.
- Right back-knuckle to the head.
- Cover out.
