Bring right to cat stance, right back-knuckle to the temple.
- Step forward with the right.
Circle right arm up and around to fore-arm strike to the ribs.
- Bring right back to a cat stance. Right thrust kick to the knee.
- Cross cover out to the left.
Attacker grabbing your right shoulder with their left hand.
- Step forward left. Right chop to the throat.
- Circle the right arm over and around the attacker's arm
to a break as you step back with the left.
- Unwind the right arm with a back knuckle across the face as you
step forward again with the left.
- Right chop to the throat.
- Cover back right.
- Step forward left. Lleft heela hand, right U-hand.
- Left punch, right punch
- Grab the shoulder and pull them into your right knee.
- Step behind. Grab the forehead and chin and throw the attacker
down as you go into a hard-bow.
- Scoop kick, heel stomp.
- Right back to cover.
- Step forward right. Left parry. Right thumb to the eyes.
- Grab the attacker's wrist.
Right heela hand to the solar plexus; rake down.
Eagles claw to groin.
- Rip up and into a right back upper-cut.
- Step back into a cat stance.
- Right thrust kick to the knee.
- Step back right.

- Step forward left. Right parry to a grab.
- Left heela-hand to the elbow raking down the arm toward the wrist
then back-knuckle (left) to the ribs.
- Left hand grabs under the arm. Lifting throw as you go to a hard bow.
- Jump onto the kidneys.
- Grab the shoulders and pull back driving the knees into the back.
- Grab the head with the right hand on the chin, left hand on the head.
- Snap the kneck. Right chop to the kneck.
- Drive the left knee into the back causing the head to pop up.
- Right jumping spinning round-house kick to the head.
